I chose the White Horse & Griffin for an overnight stay. I found it charming. Unbelievably full of character and quirks. A clean and comfortable room and very helpful staff. I was particularly impressed by their provision of fresh milk in the bedrooms, rather than UHT. By pure coincidence, I discovered it is the favourite place to stay in Whitby for my daughter and her partner. They are regular visitors.
