The Inn has been tastefully restored to present 10 ensuite individually styled guest rooms. Some are large and quite grand, others small and cosy. All are named after famous Whitby ships and their skippers. Whilst being sympathetic to the age of the building, all rooms have essential mod cons such as flat screen TVs and free Wifi.
We cater for small well behaved dogs and have a limited number of dog friendly rooms. Dogs are permitted to stay in Wakeful, Warrior Queen, Provider and Scoresby for an additional £10. Dogs are welcome in our residents lounge and bar but not in the main restaurant.
We have some storage available for bicycles and welcome tired and hungry coast to coast cyclists! Walkers from the Cleveland Way are also welcome and we have some facilities for washing and drying wet kit.
It should be noted that as the building is over 330 years old, it is tall and narrow with no lift and plenty of stairs! If this may be an issue for you please call for further details.
